Spirit Paintings

Today I got my spirit painting done. It done by this guy in Ogden. It's kind of like getting your aura painted. When I got there, we talked for a bit and then we did a guided meditation. He asked me questions about myself, 'Aulani, and Jack. While we were doing the meditation, he did my painting, 'Aulani's, and Jack's. Once the meditation was done, he showed me the paintings, First Jack's, then 'Aulani's, and lastly mine. As he showed me each painting, he would explain what each color meant. He did a voice recording of his explanations and then he air-dropped them to me which was nice because there was no way I would remember all of that. He also did a time lapse of him painting, which he also sent to me. It looked pretty cool. I was worried I wouldn't I wouldn't like the paintings, but I loved them! They fit each of our personalities exactly! It was such a good experience and I am very glad I did it.

Easter

Today was Easter. The night before my parents helped stuff the Easter eggs with coins. They also helped with the baskets which was super helpful. Conner and Emma woke up pretty early and checked out their baskets.

After everyone woke up and checked out their baskets, we let them go outside and hunt for their eggs. They each had a different color to look for. They had a lot of fun looking for the eggs.

Then we watched both sessions of Conference. Once Conference was over, my parents had to go home. It was nice having them there. For dinner we had ham, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. We just chilled the rest of the day.

Owen's Monthiversary

Owen:

Parents Came to Visit

My parents came down this weekend. I almost wasn't going to have them come because I thought I was "fine." I am so glad they did. I felt lost most of the time. I didn't know what to do, I couldn't really function. I had also lost a lot of blood with the D&C so I got tired really fast. My mom was amazing. She cleaned, entertained the kids, and made meals for us. It was super helpful. It was such a blessing and it just felt good to have them here. 

My friend put together Easter baskets for the kids and an Easter Egg hunt. It was super nice of her and the kids had a blast!

Me, Emma, and my mom did masks. It was pretty fun.

Emma fell asleep during Conference.

My friend brought by some flowers for 'Aulani's day. She remembers every year!

It was crazy hair day at preschool. I only had enough energy to fix his hair and luckily, we had blue hairspray.

Celebrating with 'Aulani

Today we went and celebrated 'Aulani's part of the triplet's birthday. Just like most years, it was windh outside so we had to do the candles inside.

We let each of the kids open one of her presents.

We didn't stay too long because of the wind.

The sky tonight was amazing!!
