C&E Outing with G&G Peterson

Today my parents came down to take Conner and Emma on an outing for their Christmas present. After karate, they took them to lunch at McDonald's.

After lunch, they went down to the Discovery Center at the Gateway. There's a bunch of different activities down there. They had an old life-flight helicopter that they could play in and pretend to fly. They also had Legos, pinewood derby type track, and a mechanic's area where they could go under a car and "fix" it. They had a bunch more stuff. The kids had a lot of fun there and were definitely tired by the end of the day.

Valentine's Day, Visit 'Aulani

Today was Valentine's Day.

Eric sent me some really pretty flowers yesterday. They might be my favorite ones yet!

Emma's Valentine's Day hairdo

The kids' Valentines boxes. I was too lazy to make a box so we got 2 kits from Target instead.

After breakfast, we went to the cemetery to visit 'Aulani. We brought her some Valentines and some flowers Emma picked out.

As we were getting ready to go we saw someone decorating a tree and I went over and asked her where she got her decorations. She told me where and she even gave me some!

C&E PTC

Today was Conner and Emma's Parent Teacher Conferences. They had to do a little presentation on the smart board, demonstrating what they are learning. They both did pretty good.
