Today Eric took Owen and Emma to go and see Arline down in Salt Lake. Conner and I stayed home because he wasn't feeling very well.
Eric said the kids played in the kids play area at City Creek while they waited for Arline. Emma loved it but Owen kept trying to leave.
Elicia and Ivy showed up and then Arline did shortly after. They took some pictures and eventually went to the food court and ate. He said it was good to see her, but his Spanish was a little rusty.
Today we went and celebrated with 'Aulani today. We got a 7 balloon and 2 different unicorn balloons. I also got a bunch of red/yellow tulips.
After Eric got home from work we went to the cemetery. We brought her cake too.
Some Easter stuff my mom had gotten for her.
We let the kids play a little bit by her spot. Conner and Emma made some bracelets with some of the stuff Emma got for her birthday.
I let the kids each bring something that they got for their birthday. Conner brought his big Nerf gun and Emma brought her Caboodle with her jewelry stuff.
We sung Happy Birthday to 'Aulani and then let Emma blow out the candles. Then we cut her a slice of cake to put by her spot.
The 7 balloon accidentally got untied from the other balloons and so it left early.
After the cake we went down to our regular spot and let the balloons go. We had Conner
and Emma and me write little notes to tie to the balloons. The kids had
fun letting them go.
Today was Conner and Emma's 7th birthday! My family was able to come down on the 24th for their birthday. My mom and dad, Matt and Nicolle, and Emily came down. It was fun to just hang out with them.
My mom and Emily stayed up with me for a while, while I decorated the cakes. It was nice having them keep me company.

They were pretty excited about all of the balloons that fell into their room. It was nice having my family there to help us blow them up.
After breakfast, we got all ready and went to church. The kids got a treat and a CTR bracelet from the bishop.
After church, we got out of our church clothes and started cooking the pizzas for lunch. Eric's mom was able to come down too which was way nice. After lunch, the kids couldn't wait to open their presents so we put in their candles and sang Happy Birthday and then let them open their presents.
After all of that then we hung out for a while and then had cake and ice cream. My family left soon after that and Eric's mom hung out a little bit longer and we talked and then she headed home. It was nice having everyone there.
Playing in the balloons on the trampoline. They thought that was pretty cool.
