When we got to SLC we went to Temple Square first and went inside the Assembly Hall which both of us had never been into. I was so amazed that they were able to build these kinds of building back then and so detailed! It was kind of like a mini version of the Tabernacle inside.
A picture of the SLC Temple from inside the south visitor's center. In that visitor's center they have a new model of the Temple that shows different rooms inside of the Temple and little videos that explain what they are. It was pretty neat.
The picture of the doorknobs that everyone takes. I wish I could go through these doors like they used to back then. I would have tried to get more pictures of the Temple but there were at least 7 bridal parties taking pictures.
Next we went into the Tabernacle, which was awesome too.
Afterwards we decided to take a tour of the Conference Center. When we got there there was a group that was going onto the roof, which Eric had never been on so we decided to go.

After all this we decided to go to the Beehive House which Eric had never been to either. It was pretty cool to see all of the rooms that the prophet had once been in and how he had lived. After the Beehive House we decided to go to the Lion House to eat because we couldn't resist the smells coming out of it. It was just like eating at the temple, inexpensive and delicious!
