I am the CHAMPION!!!!!!!

So yesterday me and Eric were invited by some friends to go play a tournament of the game Fill or Bust which is a very fun dice/card game.
Depending on how many people show up, everyone is split up into two groups. The top few from each group play in the winner's bracket and the others go into the loser's bracket. In the loser's bracket, they keep playing until there is one person who is left and this person gets the "Timmy Award." It is a dingy yellow shirt that everyone has to sign and wear the next tournament which is usually the next Sunday. The winner of the winner's bracket, ME, gets this sweet belt for a week that they have to defend at the next tournament.
This is one is of me modeling my sweet belt.
How excited I am that I won the Fill or Bust tournament and belt the first time that I went to the tournament
This one is a close up of the sweet belt I have for a week.

Last one of the day, and the reunion

Woohoo!! I am now current on blogs. This past weekend my side of the family had a reunion. We camped at Bonanza campgrounds, which is near Stanley. It was really fun. The first day, Friday, we got there in the afternoon and set up camp and just hung out with the relatives that we haven't seen in a while. On Saturday we went to a town called Custer, which is an old gold mining ghost town. That day it was Custer Days and they had various activities for people to do: panning for gold, melodramas, gunfights, and other various activities that people did during the late 1800s and early 1900s. We walked around and looked in the old buildings and learned about different families that lived there and what the townspeople did. It was really quite interesting.

Me and Eric got pretty burnt that day. Later that day we had the big family potluck, which of course I was one of the first ones in line (everyone makes fun of me for that, but hey I get the best pick of the food) and I ate too much. After we ate we had the big raffle, which is always fun. Later that night we went to a hot springs, where the water comes out of the mountain in the river. This picture is a really cool one. It's later that night around the campfire and is of me and Eric. It's a little dark, but I'll put it on anyways.

On Sunday, it was nice. Usually we pack in the morning and leave by noon. But this day we just relaxed and hung out with the family. In the afternoon a whole bunch of the family went to this old bridge to jump off of it. It was really scary, but fun at the same time. It was scary for me to just climb over the railing just to jump off. It was cool, but also a little scary for me when Eric did a back-flip off the bridge. The last time I jumped off the bridge it took me sooo long to do it. I'd keep crouching down, about to jump, and then chicken out. I finally did it and did a cannon ball which reached the bridge, that was about 15 feet high. I wish I had pictures of it but they are on my dad's camera. I'll have to put them on later. After we jumped off the bridge we went to the hot springs for a few minutes and then went home to get back to our normal lives :(

Emily's Baptism

Emily, my little sister, got the chance to be baptized on July 5 by Eric. It was a good day and good experience for Emily.

4th of July!!!

For the 4th me and Eric decided to spend it with my parents. We didn't do much, which was fine. All we did was light some fireworks off. It was fun just spending time with the family. This picture just looks cool. This video is kind of funny. It's Eric running around with a flare firework.

This last video is of the last firework called Sunny Princess. It's sideways so you'll have to tilt your head a little and plus I don't know how to change it.

Boating

This one is a little short but during the 4th of July weekend, me and Eric, my parents, my little brother and some of his friends and my little sister went boating in Jensen's Grove. My uncle got a new tube, that's a cone and you hold on to the handles that are inside of it. This video is of Eric trying it out. At first I was too scared but then I did it and had a lot of fun spinning around in it.

Summer's Wedding

So I know that I take forever on getting blogs up but my internet isn't working so I have to go somewhere else to do this so there will be a couple weeks worth of stuff on here today. On the 28th of June my cousin Summer got married.

Here are a couple of pictures of me and Summer at the salon getting our hair done, both of us for the first time!

This is when I'm doing up the laces on the back of her dress that were about 100 feet long! (give or take a few feet)

I was one of her bridesmaids, which was really fun. So here is one of me and her.
Her cake was made by my Aunt Teri and it was really beautiful.

This is of me and Eric at the wedding and the second one is my new favorite picture of us.

1 Year!!!!

Yay! Happy Anniversary to us! Today is me and Eric's 1 year anniversary. It doesn't seem like we have been married for that long. I love it though. Being married is one of the greatest things in the world! Today we didn't do much seeing as I had class in the morning and Eric had to work all day come home for a few hours to take a nap and then go to work all night. I did make dinner for him though, just chicken and rice with teriyaki sauce. I also made some oreo kisses. Here are a couple of pictures of them. They were good, but they made a mess when I made them.

After we ate some dinner Tia and Blaise came over and we ate some of me and Eric's wedding cake that we didn't really get that much of on our wedding day, just the cake that got stuffed in our noses. It actually wasn't that bad, it was pretty good. Here is the cake coming out of the wrapping after a year.

And here it is without all the layers...
