Hooray!!!

Woohoo!! Me and Eric are done for the semester and we can relax now, sort of. I have to go to summer school, but my classes are not too bad. I have pretty cool teachers. I am taking three classes. For the first four weeks I am taking Methods of teaching elementary PE and the second four weeks I'm taking a CPR/first aid/sport safety class and aquatics. I'll be done July 3. Then, me and Eric both have to find jobs for the summer, blegh. I'll try to do better on getting blogs on here since I have more time, but nothing is really happening in our lives. Although Matthew has a track meet on Wednesday and Eric's younger brother is getting married on Saturday. Until next time....

Taking a break
Last Sunday me and Eric finally decided to go for a walk to take a break from school. I haven't posted anything for a while because I've been really stressed out from school so I haven't really felt up to doing much. So back to our walk. We decided to walk up to the pillars and just hang out and talk. It was really fun to be able to take a break from school and not worry about finals week.

First Time and Spring Break
The food was so good. We decided we would splurge a little and get a dessert. Wow. It was one of the best desserts I have ever had. It was this chocolate and mascarpone cheese layered cake covered in chocolate ganache (I think). It was sooooo good.
I was trying to get Jace to look at me, but obviously it didn't really work out. Oh well.
On the way home from Denver was kind of scary. First, we were low on gas so we got off on this exit and we couldn't see or find any gas stations for a while. We drove through this town/area and it seemed kind of creepy to me. Maybe it was because there wasn't a gas station anywhere in site, but it just gave me the creeps. The rest of the way home it snowed almost the whole way. It cleared up a couple of times but not for very long. Once we saw a wreck with two semis and one all smashed up in the median. I was glad that Eric was driving because otherwise it would have taken us a lot longer to get home and thank goodness for portable DVD players otherwise I would have gone crazy watching the snow and scariness of driving through it. Overall this was a good spring break.
