Ke'alohi's Birthday Party

Tonight we went down to Provo to celebrate my cousin's daughter's 1st birthday. They had taco soup for dinner and soda. There was also some yummy Oreo cake pops, mini cupcakes. They also had a fish pond game. Emma only went once and Conner kept going over and over, bringing me his prize each time. It was kind of funny. He was pretty excited about it. They also had a cotton candy machine that Emma liked. They also had a pinata. Owen kind of hit at it and so did Conner and Emma. Conner got some good wacks at it. Once it was broken open, and all of the kids were swarming, one of the people in charge had extra candy and was throwing it around so all of the kids could have some. Conner and Emma got quite a bit! They also had two games for the adults: a trivia questionnaire about Ke'alohi and the other was a playlist of songs and you had to write down the time the song was played during the party. After all of the games we all just talked for a bit and then started cleaning up. Then we headed home. It was pretty fun seeing the Kona Hee's.

Jazz Game

Tonight, I was able to go to my first Jazz game! Scott gave us the tickets since him and Stacey didn't want to use them. They were in the lower bowl behind the Jazz in row 17! So pretty good seats! The game was pretty fun. The Jazz played the 76ers. It was close at first, but then the 76ers pulled away and won 114-97. It was still fun.

Visit 'Aulani

Today we went to the cemetery to do Christmas with 'Aulani. We didn't stay very long because it was cold and there wasn't very much snow and we didn't dress very warm. I let Conner and Emma bring something to show 'Aulani. Conner brought his NERF gun and Emma wore her Batgirl costume and kitty earmuffs. We also brought 2 Grinch cookies and finally the Halloween cookie that we've been saving and kept forgetting. Conner also gave 'Aulani some of his gummy trees he got. We also brought her mermaid she got from Santa. Then we hurry and took a family picture and went back home.

Christmas

Today was Christmas. It was a good day. I could hear Conner and Emma around 6ish so got up, hurry and got ready, and headed out. They were pretty excited to see what Santa brought. Conner was especially excited about the Wii U. After a while, after we looked in our stockings, Emily came up and then my parents followed a few minutes later. Then they looked at their stuff. After 8 I had the kids wake up Eric so we could finally open the presents. He got Owen and they looked through their stockings. Owen didn't really care as much for his stuff. The kids were pretty excited to open the presents. I had them hand out the presents to everybody. We got a shave ice machine from my parents and Owen liked playing in the big Styrofoam piece more than his toys. After we opened all of our presents we had breakfast. I made bread the night before so we could have Cinnamon Toast Crunch French toast. It ended up being pretty good. I also got real maple syrup too. We just hung out and played with our stuff we got. My parents got some Papa Murphy's for lunch/dinner (we ate in the afternoon). My family left right after that.
